I’m a UX generalist - facilitator, questioner, builder, and most importantly - listener. Currently, I’m helping empower healthcare professionals to work where, when, and for how much they want, through an app called Shiftkey.
In the past, I’ve helped entrepreneurs succeed by making it easier and more intuitive for them to find the right products and tools for their businesses at AppSumo. At Charles Schwab I helped advisors and clients access and edit their accounts digitally - a process that previously took about double the time as well as lots of paper (save the trees!). I also worked at IBM in NYC and Munich, but you didn’t come here to read my resume.
I love asking questions. Over the past 10 years, that habit has led me from studying economics and the effects of market changes on consumer decision-making all the way to a product-centered drive to improve experiences in the daily lives of real people. I also enjoy painting miniatures, playing thematic, strategic games with my friends, finding a coffee shop in a new town, and being a dog dad of three.
Thanks for stopping by.
